1. General

1.1 Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC ("we," "us," "our") are responsible for constructing and packaging all items listed as Wild Woodworker products on this website.

1.2 By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Customization

2.1 All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, grain, and finish.

2.2 Customization Accuracy: Customization options are available for certain products. However, please note that customizations are only as good as the details provided by the customer. We strive to meet your specifications as closely as possible based on the information we receive.

2.3 Right of Refusal & Pricing: We reserve the right to deny any customization request or charge an indiscriminatory amount for customizations based on any and every possibility, including but not limited to complexity, material costs, or labor requirements.

3. Orders & Rush Requests

3.1 Orders are processed in the order they are received.

3.2 Rush Orders: Customers may request to "rush" an order for an additional fee. The rush fee starts at $25 and can go up to infinity, depending on the timeline and project scope.

3.3 Processing: Custom orders may require additional processing time beyond standard items.

3.4 Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. All sales are final once customization work has begun or the cancellation window has passed.

4. Shipping & Insurance

4.1 Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC are not responsible for the shipping services' handling of our products once they leave our facility.

4.2 Worry-Free Purchase (Seal Insurance): We offer optional shipping protection through Worry-Free Purchase (Seal) at checkout. This protects your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. We highly recommend opting into this coverage.

4.3 If you do not opt for shipping insurance, our liability for shipping-related damages is limited as per Section 7.

4.4 We provide tracking information once an item has shipped. Shipping times vary based on location and the method selected.

5. Shipping Protection & Damage Claims

5.1 Worry-Free Purchase (Seal): We offer optional shipping protection through Worry-Free Purchase (Seal) at checkout. This service protects your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

5.2 Filing a Seal Claim: If you purchased Seal shipping protection and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen:

  • Claims must be submitted through the Seal Resolution Center (link provided in your confirmation email).

  • For damaged items, you must provide photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5.3 Orders Without Protection: If you opt-out of Seal shipping protection, Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.

5.4 Craftsmanship Issues: If your product arrives with a defect unrelated to shipping (e.g., structural issue, wrong material), please contact us at Support@wildwoodworker.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Any made-to-order item cannot be refunded unless it is defective or does not match its advertised appearance or capabilities.

6.2 Standard Returns: For eligible items, you must ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

6.3 Restocking Fee: Since each piece is made specifically for you, a 28% return fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

6.4 Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if the item is exactly as described in the order.

6.5 Condition: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

6.6 Discrepancies: If the item is the wrong size, shape, or advertised color, please contact us immediately for assistance.

7. Liability

7.1 Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Your data is used to process orders and improve your experience.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, designs, and products are the intellectual property of Wild Woodworker and Wildly Handy LLC.

9.2 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
