Return Policy

We Gladly accept Returns Under the Following situations.

Returns

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
  • Contact us within 60 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 90 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Personalized orders

  • Commissioned Items that are not pre-designed by Wild Woodworker.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for a 30% restocking fee. A return label can be obtained through our returns portal, which is linked at the bottom of the page on the desktop version of the site. Returns are approved, and labels are generated through this portal.

We’re pretty proud of our top-notch replacement policy, because hey, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If your item took a tumble in transit, no worries— 

  • For orders LESS than $150, we’ll send you a shiny new one.

  • For orders OVER $150, we will send you a Return Label to have your item Repaired For FREE! 

  • Follow these steps within 48 hours:

 

  1. Show Us the Damage: Snap a pic of the damaged item.

  2. In the Box: Take a photo of the item still in the original box with all its cozy cushioning (let’s see how it was packed).

  3. Packaging Close-Up: Get a shot of the packaging material (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.).

  4. Label Love: Zoom in on the shipping label so we can read that tracking number (starts with 1Z).

  5. Box Detective Work: If you spot it, snap a pic of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC)—the round stamp on the bottom flap that tells us how tough the box is.

  6. The Full Package: Capture two photos showing all six sides of the box (one pic for the top and two sides, another for the bottom and opposite sides).

  7. Size Matters: Please include the box dimensions (height, length, and width) in your email.

 

With these pics in hand, we’ll quickly get your replacement on the way—because we believe you deserve the best!
