This solid American Black Walnut truck plaque is laser-engraved with crisp linework, finished in a smooth satin clear coat, and sized to stand out on the wall or shelf. Add a name, date, or badge. Two flush-mount keyhole slots are optional, and you can add an optional kickstand if you want it to sit proudly in a display case or on a shelf.
This plaque is shaped like the classic step van and carved from a single board of kiln-dried walnut—no veneers, no shortcuts. We machine a gentle 0.25" round-over on the face for a soft, finished look, then engrave the artwork deep enough to read from across the room. The satin clear topcoat locks in walnut’s chocolate-brown tones while keeping the natural feel of wood grain.
Personalization is easy: add a name, retirement date, call sign, route number, or unit logo. We carefully lay out your text to ensure it aligns with the vehicle's body lines; proofs are sent shortly after purchase.
Mounting is flexible—choose two hidden keyhole slots for fast, flush wall mounting, or add the optional kickstand to display the piece on a shelf, counter, or trophy case. Standard size is about 18" × 8.9" and 0.8" thick; custom sizes are available if you need a feature-wall highlight or a smaller desk piece. Built, finished, and shipped from our Florida shop with the same attention we give to museum-grade commissions.
