Each plaque is milled flat, trued to a real 0.8" thickness, and framed with a stepped 0.25" round-over that visually tightens the face and makes the edges comfortable in hand. The finish isn’t wiped on—it’s professionally sprayed in thin, even coats for a smooth, durable film that won’t telegraph brush marks and wipes clean.
Mounting is fast and repeatable: two centered keyhole slots on the back hold the plaque snug to the wall in either orientation. I include a rigid, laser-cut drilling template so hole locations are dead-accurate—tape it, drill it, hang it. Corners are internally radiused for a tailored look; edges are eased and burnished so cloths glide when dusting.
