  • What information do I need to provide to get a custom order quote?
    You will need to provide us with the following information to get an accurate quote. 1) A short description of what you want. 2) Any and all dimensions including angles of the item you want. Technical drawings are best but not needed. 3) The material that you want your item made out of. 4) How many you want made. 5 The use case of your item. 6) any other specific information needed to get you the item you are looking for.
  • What if I am unable to generate the dimensions of the item I need?
    If you can not provide us with the dimensions and angles of the item you need then we will not be able to give you a quote if precision accuracy is needed.
  • Do I need to approve the design of my item after I give you all the dimensions?
    YES, You will need to review and approve the technical design of the item that we generate. This process lets us know that we have understood what you want correctly. If you approve a design we send you and and we produce the exact design that we sent to you and you approved to be made, that is the item you will be purchasing. If you approve a design by mistake, we are not able to give a refund for this reason.
  • Is there an additional cost for custom made items?
