- 01For an accurate custom order quote, please provide: 1) A short description of what you want. 2) All dimensions, including angles. Technical drawings are helpful but not required. 3) The material you want. 4) Quantity needed. 5) The use case for your item. 6) Any other specific details to help us understand your needs.

- 03YES, You will need to review and approve the technical design of the item that we generate. This process lets us know that we have understood what you want correctly. If you approve a design we send you and and we produce the exact design that we sent to you and you approved to be made, that is the item you will be purchasing. If you approve a design by mistake, we are not able to give a refund for this reason.

- 05Absolutely. We offer full insurance coverage on all custom-made items during transit. In the rare event that the carrier damages your item, we will expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you. Just send us the images of the damaged Item and the box for our insurance to take effect. All Items purchased through our store checkout process include Seal insurance, which offers a no-questions-asked refund if your order is damaged or lost. In this case, reach out to Seal, and they will send you the refund.
