Without the dimensions and angles for your custom piece, we can't give you a precise quote. Accurate measurements are key to crafting your item perfectly. Make sure you have all the details ready before requesting a quote.

YES, You will need to review and approve the technical design of the item that we generate. This process lets us know that we have understood what you want correctly. If you approve a design we send you and and we produce the exact design that we sent to you and you approved to be made, that is the item you will be purchasing. If you approve a design by mistake, we are not able to give a refund for this reason.

Yes, custom items may have additional costs depending on the complexity and materials required. We'll provide a detailed quote before you commit.

Absolutely. We offer full insurance coverage on all custom-made items during transit. In the rare event that the carrier damages your item, we will expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you. Just send us the images of the damaged Item and the box for our insurance to take effect. All Items purchased through our store checkout process include Seal insurance, which offers a no-questions-asked refund if your order is damaged or lost. In this case, reach out to Seal, and they will send you the refund.
